Questions

How does a development plan get made?

The coach evaluates the player, the player evaluates themselves, and the engine turns both into a 90-day development plan. The coach signs it off before the player sees it.

What counts as a player?

Anyone on your roster with a development plan. Coaches, assistants and parents don't count toward the limit.

What happens when I outgrow my plan?

Move up a tier whenever you like. You pay the difference for the rest of your current period, nothing else changes.

Why is quarterly the default?

A development plan runs 90 days. Billing on the same cycle means every payment lines up with a full plan, start to finish.

Do you work with organizations bigger than 100 players?

Yes. Org plans are priced per player, below the Program rate, and billed 90 days upfront. Book a call and we'll set it up with you.
